I specialize in different types of training for all ages...from children to seniors. I take all kinds of challengers, from pregnancy to training individuals with disabilities and obesity.
I offer one-on-one personal training, or training in groups of 2 or 3 people.
If you prefer privacy and more focused attention, then one-on-one training is for you. One-on-one training is recommended for highly motivated people who want to see rapid results. It is also recommended for people who have no previous experience with weight training.
Group training is great for people who would like to train with their friends, and keep their cost down. You still get the hands on attention you need while getting the results you want! Another plus for training in the group is ability to train more often, which brings quicker results.
I train in my private gym located in West Los Angeles. It is convenient to clients from all parts of Los Angeles, from Beach cities to Downtown and all the way to the Valley. It is located very close to 405 Freeway on Santa Monica Blvd. I also offer home training for your convenience.
