Damir's progress in 6 weeks
Damir used my online training program and in 12 weeks he achieved amazing results, adding great amount of muscle and losing body fat. He followed my customized nutrition program and workouts I sent him by email. I checked on him periodically, I kept him motivated and was there for him when he was not sure what to order in restaurants :). We made adjustments to his program as he was getting in better shape.
