Stacie's progress in 6 weeks

Stacie joined my 8 Week Fitness Challenge. After 8 weeks of lifting weights 4x per week and doing cardio 5x per week, she looked amazing and was confident enough to do "Body by Lejla Bikini Shoot"

Stacie lost 13 lb of fat and gained muscle mass, by following my workout program and meal plan, which made her look very toned and fit in just 8 weeks.
