Are you ready to embark on a life-changing journey? We are a vibrant group of 12 everyday women, united by our passion for health and fitness, and we invite you to follow our incredible 8-week challenge led by the inspiring personal trainer, Lejla Rose.
Who Are We?
We are a diverse group of motivated women in our 20s, 30s, and 40s, each with unique backgrounds—from nurses and grad students to finance associates, actresses, entertainment executives, and human resources recruiters. Together, we are committed to pushing our limits and transforming our bodies and lives through a balanced approach that includes a healthy diet, cardio, and weight training.
What Can You Expect?
Throughout the next 8 weeks, we will share our personal stories, including our struggles, triumphs, and everything in between. Follow along as we support each other, celebrate our successes, and learn from our challenges. Our journey is not just about physical transformation; it’s about building a community of encouragement and empowerment.
The Grand Finale:
At the end of this transformative journey, we will face our fears head-on and showcase our hard work by creating the first annual Body By Lejla Fitness Calendar. This is not just a celebration of our achievements; it’s a message to women everywhere that with dedication, hard work, and a supportive team, anything is possible.

My name is Lejla,
I am a certified fitness trainer and sports nutritionist dedicated to empowering individuals on their health and wellness journeys. In an effort to inspire and motivate others, I have launched an 8-week fitness challenge with a group of my clients. This initiative aims to demonstrate that with perseverance and dedication, transformative change is entirely possible. It serves as a powerful testament that anyone—whether they begin as an everyday individual balancing a full-time job or struggling with self-esteem—can, in just eight weeks, achieve remarkable physical and mental improvements, ultimately evolving into a confident, empowered version of themselves, such as a bikini model.
SARAH has been an invaluable client and source of inspiration for my business for many years. Her idea for an 8 Week Fitness Challenge, with a professional photo-shoot as the reward, has been a huge success. Though we initially planned to focus on fitness clothing, Sarah's connections and determination led to sponsorship from two bikini companies, Cia.Maritima Beachwear and Calavera Swim. This added pressure motivated everyone to work even harder towards their fitness goals. I am grateful to Sarah for her help in organizing this amazing day and for always bringing a positive and professional attitude.
MIRNA is not only a dedicated fitness client, but she is also a dear friend of mine. She strongly believes that participating in this fitness challenge is beneficial for everyone, and she is sharing her own personal experiences to prove it. However, she also acknowledges that there are tough moments in the challenge, but the feeling of accomplishment once it is completed is worth it all. Despite moving 60 miles away from my gym, Mirna was determined to continue the challenge by following my online training and staying in touch through phone and Skype. We would still meet in person every Saturday to assess her progress and make any necessary changes to her workout and nutrition plan. As Mirna always says, there are no excuses - just take the challenge and see the amazing results for yourself!
STACIE's dedication and hard work in this challenge were truly admirable. Despite working long shifts at the hospital, she never missed a workout session and stayed motivated till the very end. Her transformation was incredible; not only did she lose 13lbs, but she also exuded confidence and radiated beauty as a pin-up girl. Stacie's energy and determination were unmatched, and it's no surprise that she emerged as the winner of this competition.
JESSICA is a stunning and resilient model and actress who has overcome her battle with eating disorders since her teenage years. Being thrust into the modeling industry at such a young age led to issues with food, causing Jessica to struggle with her weight. However, after following a disciplined eating program and learning to properly nourish her body, Jessica was able to turn her metabolism into a fat burning machine. Today, she continues to inspire others to embrace a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Jessica's journey exemplifies resilience and serves as an inspiring testament to the importance of balance and self-care in the pursuit of both personal and professional fulfillment.
JESSIE may be admired by many girls in this challenge for her feminine and lean abs, but it's important to recognize that everyone's body is unique and different. Making comparisons and idolizing one specific body type can lead to unhealthy and unrealistic expectations. It's important to focus on our own progress and journey, rather than trying to achieve someone else's appearance. Let's celebrate Jessie's hard work and dedication, but also remember to love and appreciate our own bodies.
I am so proud of SHELHEE's dedication and determination in completing this fitness challenge. Despite starting a week later and facing initial hesitations, she proved to everyone and most importantly herself that she is capable of achieving great things. Her hard work paid off and she looks and feels amazing, even compared to girls 20 years younger. This experience has not only improved her physical health but also her confidence and self-esteem. Congratulations, Shelhee, on a job well done!
Despite being a mother of two and living over 30 miles away from the gym, YELENA was determined and motivated to complete our 8 week fitness challenge. Her hard work and dedication paid off as she achieved an amazing fit body. Even though the fitness shoot was out of her comfort zone, Yelena managed to relax and look amazing. I am extremely proud of her for her determination and commitment to her fitness goals.
SIERRA's hard work and dedication paid off in the last 8 weeks. As a long-time client of mine, she was well-versed in my workouts and we decided to team up at the gym to help each other stay on top of the challenge. Our intense weight training sessions 5-6 days a week were complemented by hiking a few days a week, keeping us both physically and mentally strong. We motivated each other every day, keeping a positive outlook and pushing ourselves to be the best we could be. Our teamwork not only helped us succeed, but also inspired others to stay positive and motivated. Together, we achieved our goals and proved that anything is possible with hard work and support. ANICA's determination and hard work paid off as she achieved her goals of gaining more muscle, seeing abs, and leaning out her legs. Despite being a full-time student and having a full-time job, she was able to balance her busy schedule and still see amazing results in our 8-week fitness challenge.
