8 WEEK FITNESS CHALLENGE

1 Personal Trainer. 11 Everyday women. 8 Week Challenge.

Follow us on our health and fitness journey to prove that in only 8 short weeks you can fully transform your body through a healthy diet, cardio and weight training.

We are a group of 12 motivated, positive and fun-loving women in our 20s, 30s and 40s, from all walks of life; from a nurse to a grad student to a finance associate to an actress to an entertainment executive to a human resources recruiter. Led by personal trainer, Lejla Rose, we are putting our personal goals to a test and pushing our bodies to the max to change our lives for the better. We will be sharing each of our personal stories every step of the way including our ups and downs and our struggles and successes together of getting fit and leading a healthier lifestyle.

At the end of the 8 weeks, we will be conquering our fears and showcasing our hard work by shooting the first annual Body By Lejla Fitness Calendar. Our hope through this challenge is to inspire women across the country to believe in themselves, take control of their health & fitness and prove to them that regardless of their circumstance, they too can transform their lives in only 8 short weeks through hard work, dedication and a positive support team.
