Sierra - My Partner in Crime
Sierra kicked some butt in the last 8 weeks. Being a client of mine for many years, and being very familiar with my workouts, we decided that she will be my partner at the gym, and help me also to stay on the top of this challenge. We did weight training 5 to 6 days per week and we spent few days per week hiking. We motivated each other every day, and stayed positive and strong. That helped me to stay on the top of everyone else and keep them positive.
